As the founder of PROP Business Consulting Services, Rohini Sonawane leads the company’s mission to help both U.S. and international manufacturers grow their presence in the U.S. market. With over 20 years of experience in the software and hardware industries, she specializes in developing tailored go-to-market strategies, building channel partnerships, and ensuring the right buyers see the value in her clients’ products.

Through PROP, Rohini takes a hands-on approach to driving results—working closely with brands to get listed with national distributors, build relationships with key resellers, and support ongoing sales through training, marketing, and outreach. Whether she’s supporting a startup launching its first SKU or guiding an established brand through public sector, retail, or enterprise channels, Rohini is committed to solving problems with purpose and clarity.

Her approach is grounded in trust, transparency, and action. She believes in doing the groundwork, being honest about the path ahead, and showing up fully for every client. One of her guiding principles is: “Win with humility, lose with dignity.”

Outside of her work, Rohini finds joy in hiking, volunteering with NICUs and hospice care programs, and teaching taekwondo to children and adults in her community. Business is what she does—connection is why she does it.
